We prepare your home before arrival with essential stocking, light staging and guest readiness. Everything is arranged so your space feels welcoming, comfortable, and move-in ready.
We provide support during home transitions to keep your space cared for, organized, and ready. Whether you are moving, going through a change, or spending time away, your home is maintained so it always feels prepared and in order.
We update your home with seasonal changes, holiday decorating, and light resets that keep your space feeling current and inviting. Everything is adjusted with care so your home stays organized, comfortable, and easy to live in throughout the year.
We refresh your kitchen with fridge and pantry organization and light resets to keep everything organized, functional and ready for everyday living.
PROPERTY & EXTERIOR
We partner with Oakwood Tree Care Professionals, a fully licensed and insured company, to provide exterior and seasonal services including holiday and landscape lighting installation, Christmas and seasonal light displays, and tree and holiday decorating. Oakwood Tree Care also offers comprehensive tree care services focused on ongoing maintenance, safety, and long-term tree health.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cozy Reset Concierge services are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum per visit. Pricing varies based on scope of work and location.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments. Remaining balances are due at the end of each visit.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule per appointment is allowed.
Cozy Reset Concierge provides home reset and organiation services. Services do not include deep cleaning, heavy packing, or unpacking, childcare, elder care, pet care, transportation, heavy organizing, repairs, or construction services.
Vendor coordination is limited to scheduling and communication with licensed and insured providers. We are not responsible for third-party timelines, pricing, or workmanship.
